This is one of the most common sentences I hear when we talk about rejuvenation of the eye area. It's a delicate, complex, and dynamic zone – wrinkles, under-eye bags, loose skin, puffiness... All of it affects how others perceive us – and how we see ourselves.

The eye area is one of the most demanding zones in aesthetic medicine. Thin skin, expressive muscles, emotions, and early signs of fatigue all tend to show up here first. In most cases, we begin with botulinum toxin to relax muscles responsible for wrinkles. For pronounced under-eye hollows, we often add hyaluronic acid fillers to discreetly support the area and restore lost volume. We may also include polynucleotides for regeneration or mesotherapy to improve lymphatic drainage and reduce puffiness – always with moderation.

One of the most popular methods is SmoothEye laser rejuvenation, which uses controlled heat and collagen stimulation to tighten and refresh the skin. We often include it as part of a holistic approach to under-eye treatment. At home, we recommend retinol-based creams – but only those formulated for this sensitive area.
