What is it?

Fotona 4D Facelift is a safe and effective laser injection-free procedure that improves skin tone, reduces wrinkles and gives you a fresher look.

The success of Fotona 4D Facelift is due to the cutting edge technology of the two complementary laser systems (Nd:YAG and Er:YAG) that are united in one treatment. These two different types of laser enable us to treat all layers of skin in just 4 steps. 

In the first step we target the deep layer of skin intraorally, producing an anti-aging effect by contraction of existing collagen fibers and by formation of new collagen. This reduces the depth of the nasolabial and mentolabial folds (the lines from nose to lips, and lips to chin), and helps restore lip volume. 

In the next steps the skin is treated  “from outside”. The photothermal effect in the dermis rejuvenates the damaged skin and improves the skin tone.

We end the procedure with the laser pilling and therefore regenerate the most superficial part of the skin, the epidermis.

About the procedure

The treatment is painless and lasts between 45 - 60 minutes. In order to achieve the best results, three treatments are needed in two-week intervals. There is no preparation before coming to the clinic. Mild erythema and oedema can persist for maximum 2 days after the treatment and you can follow all of your everyday activities after the procedure.
