How we do it?

In our clinic we use 3 types of optical devices for permanent hair removal. This enables us to combine the best of the three to achieve maximum results and to eliminate different types of hair.

• FOTONA Nd:Yag laser,
• SYNERON E light system with ELOS technology which combines light energy with radiofrequency and
• ISKRA MEDICAL Green flash IPL system.

All these systems act similarly. The light, pointed to the skin is absorbed in the hair pigment called melanin. This produces a lot of heat and selectively destroys the hair follicle. The surrounding skin remains intact.

About the procedure

The procedure is safe and painless. In the bikini area you can feel discomfort which is minimised with simultaneous cooling. We advise you to shave your hair 3 days prior to procedure. After the treatment you can continue with all of your every day activities. 

One session lasts depending on the area treated (5 min for the upper lip and 30 mins for the legs). The time between each treatment session is 4 to 6 weeks. 6-10 sessions are needed usually. This depends on type, density, colour and hormonal status of every individual. 

The hair on covered parts of the body can be treated throughout the year, however the sun exposed skin is preferably treated from autumn to spring.
