What is Sculptra?

Sculptra represents an advanced medical approach, where we do not add artificial volume, but instead stimulate the body to produce its own collagen.

It is based on poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which triggers a regenerative process in the tissue and gradually increases skin density and firmness.

This is an active approach, where collagen production is stimulated – improving tissue structure, restoring volume and enhancing firmness.

Sculptra does not act like a traditional filler.
Its key advantage is a gradual and natural-looking result.

The first visible results appear after approximately 3 months, as new collagen begins to form, with continued improvement over time.

What does this mean for the skin?

About the procedure

The procedure takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Sculptra is applied into deeper tissue layers using a cannula.

Pain is minimal. If needed, a small amount of local anesthetic is used. After the procedure, you can immediately return to your daily activities.

We recommend avoiding sports activities for a few days.

Temporary effects such as mild swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur and usually resolve within a few days.

It is important to understand that results develop gradually, as this is a collagen-stimulating process.
